We offer a variety of convenient ways to pay your bill at no additional fee, including Easy Pay, which allows you to set up an automated, recurring payment; making a one-time payment online through the Sparklight Business Customer Portal; and paying over the phone using our automated system. Here are the six payment options available for you to choose from:
Sparklight Easy Pay
Have your payment automatically made every month. With Easy Pay, you no longer need to worry about forgetting to pay your bill causing late payments. Your payment will automatically be deducted from your account each month. To sign up for Easy Pay, please click here and log into your account.

Use Quick Pay to make a one-time payment without logging in to your account. All you need is your account number and zip code.

Make a one-time payment online with your Credit or Debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Login to the Sparklight Business Customer Portal to pay your bill online. If you have forgotten your username or password, refer to this support article.
Note: Making an online payment does not automatically sign you up for Easy Pay. You must turn Easy Pay ON in your account profile.
Pay by Phone
To pay your bill by phone, simply give us a call at 877-570-0500 and use our automated system or choose to talk to one of our Business Care Specialists for additional help.
Note: Starting Jan. 1, 2023, there will be a $10 convenience charge for making a payment over the phone with a representative.
Local Bill-Pay Locations
Visit one of our many convenient third-party locations where you can pay a bill in person. To find the nearest location, click here then enter your address, city, or zip code.
To pay by mail, simply send a check or money order made out to Sparklight for the total due to the address below. Please write your account number on the check and include the tear-off section of the first page of the bill to ensure your payment gets posted to the appropriate account.

Note: Payment can be posted the same day a check is received. If we cannot collect your payment due to insufficient funds in your account, a service charge up to the maximum allowed by the law will be debited from your account.
